بهبود عملکرد تقاطع‌های غیرهمسطح با بهبود کارایی تقاطع‌های مجاور؛ مطالعه موردی میدان آزادی شهر کرمان

چکیده

این مقاله به دنبال بهبود وضعیت ترافیکی یکی از میدان­ های شهر کرمان، است. در این مقاله در ابتدا شدت ترافیک در روزها و ساعت­ های متوالی موردبررسی قرارگرفته و گره ترافیکی آن با استفاده از معیارهای بصری استخراج‌شده است. گره ترافیکی  استخراج‌شده یکی از تقاطعات مجاور میدان بوده است که باعث پس‌زدگی ترافیک به سمت میدان و عدم استفاده از زیرگذر احداث‌شده در میدان می­شود. در این مطالعه در ابتدا به آیین­نامه­­ هایی برای بهبود وضعیت کلی این تقاطع اشاره می ­شود و در مرحله بعد برای بهبود این تقاطع خاص از شبیه­ سازی ترافیکی استفاده می­ گردد. برای انجام شبیه ­سازی به داده خام حجم ترافیک عبوری از این تقاطع نیاز بود که این کار با استفاده از چند نفر و با استفاده از چند دوربین فیلم‌برداری برداشت گردید. بعد از برداشت این داده با استفاده از دوربین‌های فیلم‌برداری، اطلاعات موردنیاز با استفاده از بازبینی این فیلم ­ها استخراج گردید. در مرحله بعد با استفاده از شبیه­ سازی 5 راهکار برای بهبود وضعیت این تقاطع پیشنهاد گردید که توانست پارامترهای ترافیکی این تقاطع را بهبود دهد که ازجمله آن می ­توان به کاهش تأخیر به یک‌سوم مقدار گزینه عدم انجام کار اشاره نمود. در این مطالعه همچنین پیشامدهای اقتصادی این گزینه­ ها موردبررسی قرار گرفت که نشان‌دهنده بهبود 39 درصدی هزینه تحمیل‌شده با تقاطع غیرهمسطح نسبت به وضع موجود بود.
